While I hope to one day return to San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala for longer than ten days, currently I can be found online and in my new St Augustine home. After living in the Florida Keys, in Marathon or Key West, since June of 1985, I accepted a position as campus librarian at the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in October 2017. Sadly, I found myself homesick and at times feeling overwhelmed learning the requirements of my new position. So I decided to take a step back in responsibility and return to Key West. I am now working as a library assistant at the Key West Branch of the Monroe County Public Library and have a lot to learn here as well but we have a lot of fun too.
My hobbies are Salsa and ballroom dancing and ‘fair-weather’ stand-up paddleboarding, it is too hard when the wind blows! That’s me dancing with the tall fellow in a hat.
While I am working on remaining at the same physical address for more than two years at a time, I can always be found by email and on various social media sights.
