Hi, I’m Arlene Haessler — a massage therapist, educator, and librarian with a passion for bridging the gap between body and mind. With 29 years of hands-on experience in massage therapy and a Master’s in Library Science, I bring a unique blend of healing and knowledge to everything I do.

What drives me is connection — helping others find their way back to themselves, while constantly seeking new ways to weave the different threads of my own life into something whole. Whether I’m teaching the next generation of massage therapists or guiding someone to the right resource, I show up with curiosity, care, and a deep belief that learning never really stops.
